PORTFOLIO
Inclusive innovation and lasting impacts.
I lead digital transformation initiatives that strengthen public institutions, democratise access to financial systems, and align technology innovation with public purpose. As Co-Founder and Co-Director of the Cambridge SupTech Lab and CEO of Digital Transformation Solutions LLC, I bring 18 years of global experience advancing frontier digital economies, financial market development, and public sector innovation across more than 60 countries.
My work combines strategic policy innovation, supervisory technology, and ethical governance of AI and data to design future-ready institutions that are resilient, inclusive, and citizen-centred. I am passionate about evidence-based, data-informed policymaking and the application of technology and innovative processes to promote economic efficiency and social equality. My current focus is the digital transformation of financial authorities and other government agencies worldwide, scaling real-world impact across both emerging and advanced economies.
Throughout my career, I have conceived and built groundbreaking initiatives that have reached millions worldwide. Many of these platforms and solutions remain active 12 to 15 years later, shaping industries (e.g., the GSMA Code of Conduct for the e-money industry), influencing policies (I have authored key regulations on digital finance and financial inclusion in many countries), and improving lives by enhancing financial sector accountability, transparency, and consumer protection—issues I have been deeply committed to for two decades.
I don’t create projects for their own sake. I design systems that endure, solutions that transform institutions and sectors, and innovations that continue to deliver value long after I have stepped away. Scalability is always central to my approach—developing solutions that go beyond single-use cases to become part of broader, more sustainable transformations.
I chose to work in the public sector because I believe in systemic impact—strengthening societies and democracies, fostering a more equal world, enabling entrepreneurs to build and scale their visions, and helping households and communities achieve financial resilience. For me, real change happens when we build solutions that last and accelerate inclusive innovation.
By combining strategic and technical consulting, user experience and human-centered design, and creative innovation, I focus on delivering solutions that scale, evolve, and create lasting value in a rapidly changing digital landscape.
In 2021, alongside the Cambridge Center for Alternative Finance (CCAF), I conceived the Cambridge SupTech Lab, a new initiative at the University of Cambridge that I am currently implementing.
