My name is Simone. I am an innovation leader, unconventional thinker, pragmatic strategist, academic researcher, entrepreneur, father, men’s work facilitator, and embodied movement teacher. My work and life are deeply rooted in a commitment to personal and collective transformation, social justice, and healing.
I currently serve as Co-Director of the University of Cambridge SupTech Lab, CEO of Digital Transformation Solutions LLC, and founding board member of Winnow Tech. Over the past 20 years, I have worked at the forefront of digital transformation and finance. I have helped leaders in governments, philanthropic organizations, and the private sector harness the power of technology to bridge socio-economic divides, and I have driven digital transformation initiatives that strengthen public institutions, democratise access to financial systems, and align technology innovation with public purpose across more than 60 countries.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me in circles guiding men and women to reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and deeper selves, while also navigating my own journey of growth. And enjoying life with my son, my dog, and my friends.
